KD11 Epoxy Powder Coating

Introduction:
Epoxy Powder Coating can be divided into 3 categories: decoration type, corrosion resistance type and electrical insulation type
Application fields: Metal which has high corrosion resistance requirement, flexibility and electrical insulation: I.E: oil and gas pipelines, ship facilities, reinforcing steel valves, inner wall of sewers, chemistry equipments, shell of electronic devices, rotors, insulation Copper Aluminum platoons wires and etc.
Characteristics: 
Good adhesion between coating and substrate. Excellent at anti-scratch, anti-bend, anti-impact and anti-chemical. Wide range of temperature usage: the film doesn't lose its characteristics under usage of temperature ranges from-30°to 110°. This product is not suitable for painting exterior products directly.
Property:
S.G.: 1.2-1.7［g/ cm3］ (Varies with colour and gloss)
Particle Size: varies with different purposes, the average particle size is 30-50um
Storage: The products must be stored in a dry room with temperature below 25℃ and avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, powder coatings could be stored safely for 6 months. Expired product couldn't be used until test result meets the utilization standards.
Utilization Rate: 8-12㎡/kg, film thickness 70 µm（100%utilization rate）.Practical coating zone varies with shapes of coating equipments and objects.
Transportation: The product is not dangerous, and can be transported in any means. However, avoid contamination from direct sunlight exposure, water, oil and other chemical pollution.
Film Effects:
There are many surface effects for this product. Customers can chose different special surface effects with entire gloss range from high to low: winkle, sand and metallic effects etc. (Please refer to our colour card). Customization service is available in accordance with customer's requirement. (Special effects included).
Spray Guide：
This product is suitable for following coating methods according to the customers' requirements: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized beds spraying and fluidized beds dipping.

Film Thickness:
Range 40—100 µm
Surface Treatment of objects Choose a proper way in accordance with different metallic materials. （Please ask us for more information, if needed）

Maintenance:
Please clean up the surface regularly;frequency of cleaning should be more at areas which are very salty and seriously contaminated.
1、Wipe the surface with wet cotton cloth to avoid scratches.
2、Add some detergent into warm water, and then wipe the dust, salt and other stain on the surface of film with cotton cloth which has dipped the detergent above.
3、Wipe out the residual detergent when cleaning.
Hygienic and Safety:
There are neither toxic ingredients in the all the raw materials of powder coating, nor toxic gas releasing when baking. However, the inhalation of dust during use should be avoided. An operator should wear PPE such as dust respirator, eyeglasses and protective clothing etc., and try best to avoid long- time contact with the power coatings. The coatings stick to skin could be washed away by soap. Please give a prior notice if the coating is used in toys to make sure that there is no metallic material to harm the health of children.
