Transparent water –based wood ware surface coating

The transparent water-based wood ware surface coating of LangFarbe is prepared based on advanced process by adopting high-performance water-based organic hybridized emulsion and imported raw materials. And all indexes of it reach the international advanced level and the safety index achieves the European EN71-3 standard and American ASTM F963 standard. It has high cost performance and strong competitiveness.
The product is fit to be used in household renovation and renovation in public places and the decoration and protection of the surface of wood furniture, doors, windows, crafts, toys, wood cabins in villas and gardens and rattan articles.
Product features:Free of toxic and harmful substances such as benzene series, methanal, heavy metal and free TDI, high solid content, abrasion resistance, yellowing resistance, premium transparence and gloss retention, well-developed film, easy application and so on.
Application methods: spraying and brushing
Dilution rate: diluting with 10-20% clear water
Coating consumption: the area of one-time spraying and brushing is 15-20 ㎡/kg (theoretical value), and the actual coating consumption is different due to different application methods and flatness of base materials.

Application description and matters needing attention:
1. Rubbing the surface of base material which has been applied with transparent priming coating with 800-1000 mesh sandpaper to get rid of ash, sawdust, grease and other impurities.
2. Adding water into the product to stir evenly, and keep the mixture for 10 minutes before use.  
3. Time of repeated spraying is four hours (at 25℃ and in an environment with the relative humidity of 50%), spraying and brushing for 2-3 times is recommended.
4. Application is not allowed below 5℃ and in an environment with the relative humidity above 85%.
5. The product cannot be used together with solvent based coating (paint).
6 .At 25℃ in an environment with the relative humidity of 50%, the film surface drying time is no longer than 30 minutes and the hard drying time is no longer than 24 hours, and the complete curing time is 7 days. With the decrease of temperature and increase of humidity, the hard drying and curing time will also prolong accordingly. During curing, water shall be got rid of.
The product shall be stored in a shady, cool and dry environment with the temperature no lower than 5℃.
