Product Description:
This product uses novolac epoxy resin, special cross-linking agent, designed and manufactured according to GB / T23257-2009. High reactivity, coating adhesion, high crosslink density coating with excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, resistance to cathodic stripping, good impact resistance.

Construction Description:
1, the spraying conditions: electrostatic spraying, dipping, fluidized bed
2, pre-treatment: steel surface should be free of oil and water; surface treatment quality should reach Sa2 1/2 class (GB / T8923); anchor pattern depth appropriate for the 50-90mm; steel surface adhesion of dust and abrasive material should be purged.
3, preheating temperature: pipe surface temperature should be controlled at 160--180 ℃
4, curing temperature: the pipe surface temperature should reach 230 / 1.5 minutes 200 ° / 3 points
5, test packaging: steel surface quality can check and repair the leak at 80 ° or less.
Powder storage:
The product should be stored in ventilated, dry, indoor temperature below 27 ℃, away from the heat source, corrosive chemicals and chemical solvents, to avoid glare; maximum stack height easily over four layers; avoid prolonged pressure, to ensure airtight containers, in order to avoid clumping and moisture, affect the flow of the performance.
Health and Safety:
The powder coating does not contain toxic substances, baking and no toxic gases. But in the course of inhalation of dust should be avoided, the operator should wear dust masks, glasses, protective clothing and other protective equipment, and to minimize prolonged contact with the skin, attached to dust the skin, wash with soap.
